The Memphis Tigers (17-12, 9-7) will travel to the northeast as they take on the Connecticut Huskies (17-11, 10-6) in an American Athletic Conference matchup Thursday night. The game tips off from the Gampel Pavilion in Storrs, Connecticut at 9:00 pm ET and will be televised on ESPN2. Connecticut is currently a 7 point favorite in this contest. Memphis lost their second straight and fourth in the last seven as they fell 74-72 in overtime at home to Tulsa on Saturday. Shaq Goodwin led three Tigers in double figures with 17 points plus eight rebounds; Kedren Johnson had 13 points, eight rebounds plus five assists while Trahson Burrell finished with 12 points and eight boards.
