New York will start Sean Manaea -- the team is 5-15 when he's started this season.
The Mets have not had a good year. They are just 16-24 on the road this year against opponents within the NL.
Philadelphia will start Jesus Luzardo -- He has a 0.69 earned run average in three games played in July so far.
The Phillies are 34-18 as a favorite against NL opponents this season.

AAA Sports' Selection: Baltimore Orioles (ML).
Baltimore will start Trevor Rogers -- In two starts in July, he has a 0.82 earned run average.
The Orioles finished the first half of the season strong by winning four straight games.
They are climbing back up the standings. But, they must continue to win games in order to get back into the Wildcard race.
