Illinois is on the road this week. But, it's won the L2 meetings between these two teams.

The Fighting Illini are the better team between these two teams which is the reason for being a road fav.

They are off a double digit win against Oregon as well.

Maryland just hasn't performed in the important games this season, leading to a 2-5 record and 0-4 inside the conference.

Our selection is on the South Carolina Gamecocks/Oklahoma Sooners to finish UNDER the total on Saturday at 4:15pm ET for a number of reasons. Here are some of the more important ones:

South Carolina is still one of the scariest teams in College with LaNorris Sellers leading the way at quarterback.

The Gamecocks do have an elite defense as well, just like most teams in the SEC.

Oklahoma has combined with it's opponents for 38 points or less in four of it's seven games this season including back-to-back.

The Sooners do like to score. But, it's going to be difficult in conference games like this.

We're anticipating a mismatch here. Miami has a couple of heisman trophy contenders and will want to run up the score.

The Hurricanes are the #1 team in the nation right now with a perfect 7-0 record -- winning record against the spread too.

North Carolina has played a very tough schedule and is playing quite well.

But, the Tar Heels just dropped a game in overtime against Syracuse and could be feeling the effects of that game this week.

Our selection is on Tottenham Hotspur to defeat Crystal Palace on Saturday at 1:30pm ET for a number of reasons. Here are some of the more important ones:

Tottenham is heating up with back-to-back wins against Coventry and Chelsea.

It's a much better team than it's been playing this season and will continue to get better. This winning streak should help.

Crystal Palace has been even worse than the Spurs this season, with a 2-1-5 record this season.

Palace will be on the road today as well, where it's going to have troubles against the huge home crowd of Tottenham.

Our selection is on the USC Trojans to cover the spread against the Ohio State Buckeyes on Saturday at 7:30pm ET for a number of reasons. Here are some of the more important ones:

Ohio State is going to have a couple of explosive plays with perhaps the top player in College Football on its offense in Jeremiah Smith.

But, the Buckeyes have been anything but perfect lately, barely sneaking away with a win against Indiana in their last game.

USC's season in basically on the line here having lost to Wisconsin last week.

The Trojans are at home for this huge game which should help quite a bit.

That means that the Buckeyes have to travel across the country for this game.
