Ole Miss/TX A&M 7:00: Ole Miss' HC Beard can't capture the magic he once had at Texas Tech. He doesn't have the horses yet to compete with the big boys of the SEC but he can hang with struggling teams. A&M, which had a hot run, is now struggling on an 0-4 SU slide. Of course, they've played a tough stretch of teams during that slide, including Florida, Alabama and Vanderbilt, and they're surely licking their chops to get back in the win column here. But double-digit value with the Rebels who haven't quit yet. Take the road team.
Rutgers/Penn State 6:00: Rutgers finally delivered a win at home over MD after a seven-game losing streak. They've been a competitive 7-2 ATS over their last 9 games. We'll look for the Scarlett Knights to follow up competitively against another bottom feeder of the Big 10 they can beat. Penn State defense (allows 79 PPG), or lack thereof, allows teams to keep pace with them. Take the points.
Arkansas/Alabama 7:00: If there's a team that can match Alabama basket for basket, Arkansas is the team; however, they play a more disciplined defense under Calipari. Sure, Alabama is 5-0 SU in this series, but Arkansas is 4-1 ATS in it. Arkansas playing arguably their best stretch of basketball (3-0 SU/ATS) including my Top Play on Saturday in a beatdown over Auburn. Alabama allows the most offensive FG attempts in the NCAA per game, and it should come back to bite them in the rear tonight. We'll take the points.
