Release Times: We typically release our picks very early in the mornings.  From around 1 AM EST to 6 AM EST so you will have plenty of time to get the bets in before the games start.  During football season we will start putting picks out on Wednesday for the weekend to come.

Number of picks: We aren't super high volume.  You'll typically see 1-3 picks per day in the pro sports and up to 5 in the college sports.

Rating system: We do 10* INFO PLAYS and 9* INFO PLAYS.  We personally flat bet everything, but some customers wanted a distinction so the 10* plays would be ones we favor slightly more.

No Analysis.  We use stat based models for our picks so our "reasoning" is just math.

Why Live NFL Betting Is Exciting (and Tricky) Live NFL betting, also known as in-game betting, means placing wagers while the game is unfolding. Odds update dynamically after each play, reflecting the current score and situation. This opens up a world of opportunities: you can react to what you’re seeing—an injury, a sudden change in weather, a momentum swing—instead of being stuck with only your pre-game...

The goal is to make you feel a bit smarter on Sundays, whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned bettor, all in a fun conversational way. Let’s dive into some of the most talked-about NFL betting systems and trends – and see which ones still deserve your attention.  Fading the Super Bowl Champion in Week 1 One popular angle is the “Super Bowl hangover” theory for the reigning champs. The idea is simple: last year’s Super Bowl winner might come out flat in their first game of the new season – perhaps...

We’ll walk through several key strategies – in plain English – that can give you an edge without overwhelming you. By the end, you’ll understand how to analyze efficiency stats like yards per play, factor in turnover differentials, account for travel and rest disadvantages, build simple power rankings, and even dabble in basic NFL betting models. Let’s dive in with a conversational, example-filled approach that will make you feel like a seasoned pro (without the headache). Yards Per Play: The Hidden Efficiency Metric One powerful stat that bettors often look at is yards per play (YPP) – essentially how many yards a team gains (or gives up) each snap on average. Why does this matter? Think of YPP as the miles-per-gallon for an offense or defense – it tells you how efficiently a team moves the ball on each play. A team that gains...
Betting on NFL games can add extra excitement to watching football. If you’re new to sports betting, all the numbers and terminology might seem confusing at first. Don’t worry – this beginner-friendly guide will walk you through the basics of how NFL betting works. We’ll explain the three most common bet types (moneyline, point spread, and totals), how to read American odds (like +120 vs -150), and the simple steps to place a bet. Whether it’s a regular season Sunday matchup or the Super Bowl, the fundamentals of NFL betting are the same. Let’s get started! Moneyline Bets (Picking a Winner) Moneyline betting is the simplest way to bet on an NFL game – you’re simply betting on which team will win outright. There’s no point spread or margin of victory to consider. You’ll see each team listed with odds (American odds format) indicating the payout. The favored team will have a negative (-) odds number, and the underdog will have a positive (+) odds number. For...
